Eat to Heal the Gut
Share
70-80% of our immune system is located in the gut. A healthy and balanced gut microbiome is essential for a high functioning immune system. A balanced, diverse microbiome helps train and support immune cells, including T-cells, natural killer (NK) cells, and macrophages, all of which play important roles in detecting and eliminating cancer cells.
